IDEAL VENDORS:
Product
vendors – beauty vendors – jewelry vendors – personal trainers – financial
services – spa related services – health & wellness products/drinks. These products get a great deal of attention
and interest from guests.
VENDORS THAT DO NOT PERFORM WELL:
Clothing
Adult/Romance/Sexual Enhancement products
VENDORS:
- Vendors would arrive no later than 1 hr before start time to set up
their tables.
- Vendors would be responsible for bringing their own small/card
size table
- Vendors who arrive less than 15 minutes before start time are not able to set up their tables.
DEMOGRAPHICS OF ATTENDEES:
- People attending will be
educated, employed professionals ages 25-45
- Gender ratio is usually 50/50 or
60/40 with there being more women than men
- Health & Wellness related
events get more women than men - About a 70/30 split

COST:
$50 per vendor (each vendor can bring up to 3 people to help them run their table at not extra charge.)

- Total of about 8,000 members
will receive newsletters.
- 10 comp passes to
event - Just tell your 10 guests to give your name at teh door of the event. No tickets necessary.
DEADLINES:
- Vendor must submit their logo and URL at least
3 weeks before the event date.
- Any vendor who submits their URL/blurb less than 2 weeks before an event will not be included in online promotions.

website. Please keep promo blurbs to 50 word or less.
